It's anyone's guess ...lol
So...here is one of mine. There were two rooms that had not been developed in the master bedroom area that I think were left blank so that an owner could design the interior of the closets, according to personal needs. One you pass by in the hall leading to the open bedroom area. That closet is directly across from the entry to that huge bathroom that was gutted at the far end. Both shower areas and flooring were ripped out. At the end of the demolished bathroom, there was a door to another undeveloped closet space. I think that little door leads to a closet in his bathroom area that he is totally redesigning. Closets are far more important than two gang showers.
I figured when we saw the Instagram of the bathroom being demolished that he wanted more designed storage space. My clue was the ripped up the flooring in that bathroom. In other reno pictures they covered the hardwood flooring so as to not damage it, even in the walnut closet. But in this picture they are right down to bare wood or perhaps concrete leading me to believe this reno is in the old bathroom area.
On the other hand ---the thing that niggles away in my brain...is...there seems like such a large area that is panelled and no studs up for an extra closet where the showers were located before the panelling went in. As well, that drab dark panelling is not exciting me much to have in a bathroom area.
