Hi all. Have no clue how the challenge is going and haven't made my match yet as my computer went to computer heaven this morning and all I have is my cell phone. If someone can give me the link I'll give it a shot. Otherwise It will be tomorrow night :( I think you can do tomorrow... several peeps have leapfrogged ahead of us. No worries. Hope your computer issues get resolved. |

Don't worry about missing your donation time--we've only roughly been following the order anyway. You can donate tomorrow if you like--we're extending the challenge into March 1, to make the most of our matchers, so you can be a March matcher (martcher?) instead. |

I think I'm about 5th down on the list. Should I wait till morning or add my match before I go to bed tonight?
Heard BTIKM on Q102.9 during drive time tonight. YAY...1st time I've heard it earlier than midnight!!!
Trying to get tickets (a ticket) to one of the radio shows in Dallas. So far no luck but will try again tomorrow morning. Night all.

I'm off to bed guys, so skip over me for now. I'm just making this up as I go along, but my advice would be to head off to bed if you want, and we can catch up what we need to, match-wise, in the morning. Those of you matchers on the west coast or night-owls, if you're around and there hasn't been a match in 20 donations or so, you can go ahead and make your match, but by my calculations we have a bit of a cushion built up so we won't get too far in debt over night no matter what.
GOOD NIGHT ATOPPERS! You all RULE. Very exciting leap day.

1) VH1 is back up!!! Some may have missed their usual voting routines – now it is possible to catch up: www.vh1.com/shows/series/top_20_countdown/vote.jhtml?xrs=rally2) Have been dropping my last few $5 for the night and bumped the threads on AO throughout the day, so trying to help out in background. 3) Lawsuit: sucks –tbh, but moving on and shaking off the dust and hopefully Adam can find it in him to do the same. Must still be hard for him...s.u.c.k.s....but time to move on, too much good stuff ahead. 4) Re: Singing in Overdrive: www.completevocalinstitute.com/node/49, I think I saw this article posted somewhere today, but not sure whether it was here. Just fyi: When this article talks about a C2/D2, that is EU notation for music and refers to what here is usually noted as C5/D5. It’s that C5 note, I believe, that Adam has pointed out in an interview, where he says that he was told that this is the limit (just like it is written in this article here), but he had to desire to go higher, so eventually he explored this on his own. 5) Zeldon posts over on AO, is regular there. And RequestAdam was started there too, I believe – turned out great too. Lots of good stuff happening in spite of the lousy site design and other challenges that folks here comment on, on occasion. Lots of great participation today from there, too. 6) Lynne and others….quick healing for you, Smokey…my thoughts are with your family and you, all others who are stressed or down the dumps – a little sunshine too. Shoot, I obviously donated out of order but all I can say is a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do when she's capable of doing it.  I saw that the date was displaying March 1st and since that's mine and bro's BD, I made the leap, the leap day leap. Aloha thanks for the shout-out. I truly don't need recognition but I gotta say, your shout-out warmed my heart. |
