LOL I would believe Sony Singapore over Adam. Why is anybody assuming the time Adam says is correct? Don't we already know how time challenged he is? Sony Singapore time given converted to 12am PST, 3am EST.

Is he associated with the station that sponsored the show? IDK, but since he mentions the money at least 4 times in that short blurb (under the pics also) I'm guessing he didn't just invent it. He's usually so p-a, so I'm not sure what his point is, but whatever. $40K is not bad for a couple hours work. You go, Adam!
Toby works for Hot 99.5FM -- which is a Clear Channel Station.
Freshtival was sponsored by 94.7 Fresh FM -- which is a CBS Station.
I do not think that Toby could know more than rumors.
But the number sounds directionally correct for Adam and the entire band.
Don't think it's right. First of all, he was at Gaylord Washington DC yesterday. Secondly, I'm not sure that he got pay for this radio concerts. When he came out of Idol his rate was 50-75K, he got paid 250-350K on the F1, so not sure about that $40K payday.
The Gaylord is located in Prince George's Co in Maryland just outside of DC.

Sound is hellishly complicated even for a small group in a small venue. Unfortunately many artists do not pay as diligent attention to sound as people like Adam and U2. One of the things that has helped make U2 one of the best live acts ever has been the quality and consistency of their sound. Unfortunately finding another Joe O'Herlihy isn't just a matter of money.

Q3: blueberry. there should be a two labels on tabs at the bottom of the REPLY box -- one labeled Preview and one labeled BBCode. Can you see these or are they gone?

blueberry: Q3, I can still see the labels, but when I click on the Preview label, nothing happens. And every time I start a new post, it automatically takes me to BB Code. Otherwise it doesn't matter, but posting pictures would be easier in Preview (copy+paste).
